Under Settings, you have the ability to set Certificate Preferences and customize all the wording for each certificate - Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Marriage, and Combined Certificates. You also specify presiders' names so they are uniformly applied and correctly spelled on each Certificate.

The Sacramental Scribe™ program is designed for Catholic Parishes and provides an electronic Sacramental record. This electronic record will enhance your physical Registers and assist you in maintaining accurate and complete records. Never designed to replace the physical Registers, Sacramental Scribe™ supports and enhances a parish’s ability to produce clean and accurate Registers. Information is easily stored, referenced, and searched. Sacramental Certificates are easily produced. Pertinent information is input into each member's profile and stored permanently for easy retrieval allowing each additional sacrament to be recorded as administered.

Sacramental Scribe Online will allow parish staff to log on, enter new information or update ther Register, and perform all the functions of Sacramental Scribe™ through a browser - without installation. The Online version will be available as a subscription only. Available Summer 2012.
