Under Settings, you have the ability to set Certificate Preferences and customize all the wording for each certificate - Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Marriage, and Combined Certificates. You also specify presiders' names so they are uniformly applied and correctly spelled on each Certificate.
Responding to requests for Baptismal Record information is easy with Sacramental Scribe™. Simply search, find, and print a response directly from the program.
101 - Sacramental Scribe™ - Single Lisense This includes 1 database that can be accessed on a stand alone machine, or over a network by multiple users, just one user at a time. As many users can access the database from any computer on your network, but only one at a time. Single License serves the needs of most parishes.

102 - Sacramental Scribe™ - 2nd License Allows you to run 2 databases - still one user at a time in each database. Ideal for multilingual parishes or parishes with different groups. The 1st or 2nd database can be either English or Spanish at this time.
301 - Just Certificates - Single License. We've taken out the register and have a dedicated certificate creator program. It will save your members names in the database for future use, or easily reproducing certificates.
